In RYL you can attack and control the monsters, players, group, guild, other nationalities, and your charakter will grow with your training. You charakter will grow not only from the level, but also from collecting natural resources, and you have to protect their friends, guild, even your own nationality. If not, other players will control natural resources belong to you.
So you use the character itself to protect your area, your race, at the risk of your life. Therefore, we use the "Risk Your Life" as the name of this game.
